we have big, brilliant, beautiful brains

Let’s give them some nourishment.

books, podcasts, and such

I love learning.

Being introduced to new information is so fun (and sometimes very challenging) and I am all for it!

A friend’s insight, podcast episode, book recommendation, new sport or activity—I have grown immensely as a human, by being open and curious to new ideas and new ways of thinking.

Here are some of my favorite discoveries. They are centered around learning and allowing the belief that you and your interests are worth investing in.

If you have a favorite book, or podcast, or resource that you would recommend, send me an email, and I would love to check it out!
